The firm was registered on 29th May 2018 under the Registration of Business Names Act (Chapter 499, Laws of Kenya). The firm constitutes several advocates of the High Court of Kenya, legal consultants, researchers, and paralegals specializing in banking and finance law, commercial and corporate law, conveyance and property law, litigation, and general legal advisory and practice.

The firm currently has its offices at Madonna House Annex, 1st Floor, room A108, Westlands. Additionally, the firm has a wide network of advocates in all major towns across the country to ensure that all our clients’ needs are met. The firm has resolved to provide quality and cost-effective legal services to our clients within the shortest time possible.

Our client base requires a rapid response, appropriate advice and innovative legal solutions informed by a full understanding of the client’s business needs. The firm is therefore geared towards efficiency and accessibility through the range of services that we offer and how we interact with our clients.
